The TSTrainer Industrial Electrical and PLC Troubleshooting Course uses real-world electrical and PLC troubleshooting simulations to teach and test maintenance troubleshooting. The TSTrainer certificate course was designed to supplement the troubleshooting training modules at the end of each automation training certificate courses in the Koldwater series. (Like the MCTrainer and PLCTrainer certificate courses.) The TSTrainer is also included in the Maintenance Technician Training Bundle used in colleges and vocational schools around the world.

After 3 sections on introduction with audio narration on how to troubleshoot and learning proper electrical troubleshooting techniques, user practice with virtual VOM (volt ohm meter). Then the user is ready to learn further with hands-on practice using the 3 electrical and PLC training simulation modules that follow. Each of the three training simulation modules progressively increase in difficulty and number of electrical and PLC faults for the user to solve using the interactive virtual VOM, PLC ladder logic simulator and other interactive troubleshooting tools provided. Along the way, electrical safety is taught/tested with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) dialog window. Software never expires, you can come back later and go through electrical and PLC troubleshooting faults again as a refresher!
The realistic control systems include both electro-mechanical motor control as well as PLC control. A virtual meter is used to diagnose the faults within the systems. Click the "Add to Cart" button above to order.
