The bottom line is our customers are very important to us and we
will do what ever is within our power to insure you are satisfied.
given that fact, we ask that you contact us and give us a chance to
resolve your issues before doing chargeback's or merchant
complaints. We can also help you out, even if that requires giving a
refund.
Official Refund Policy:
Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer
a refund or credit on a purchase that has already been installed. If you request a refund as instructed below,
before you have installed our product, or opened (if physical item shipped), we will always refund 100%.
If item was shipped to you, you are responsible for shipping back to us to
receive 100% refund.
If you have already installed product and have issues, contact us as instructed below and we will do our best
to resolve your issues. In most case we can resolve, if not we will assess refund or credit request based on its merits.
- The time frame to take advantage of the refund
option is 15 days.
- For defective/ broken products a
replacement or refund will occur.
- If you changed your mind about a purchase a refund
will be considered on a case by case bases. Typically if
product is open or installed, a refund will not occur.
- Shipping costs on returns are the
responsibility of the customer.
